摘　　要：《史记·淮阴侯列传》载说客蒯彻劝说韩信反汉，以当时陈馀、张耳先友善后反目之事为例：二人结怨后，陈馀袭张耳，张耳“奉项婴头而窜”。中华书局标点本给“项婴”二字加了专名号，说明标点者将“项婴”理解为人名。其实“奉项”与“婴头”对文，“项婴”不是人名，这个专名号应当去掉。Abstract: There is a record in Shi Ji(Historical Records) that Zhang' er 'escape with Xiangying's head'. In the edition of China press, 'Xiangying' is added a special mark, it means that'Xiangying' is a proper noun, the name of a person. But on the research, this special mark shouldbe get rid of. We think that 'Xiang' means neck, and 'Ying' means circumfuse. This sentenceshould be translated into: Zhang' er scampered off like a frightened rat.
