辽宁大众体育公共服务体系运行现状、问题及优化路径

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,梳理了辽宁大众体育公共服务体系的理论基础,分析了辽宁群众体育服务的核心系统、支持系统、保障系统等运行情况,包括大众体育活动、体育组织管理、体育公共设施、体育健身指导、体育信息宣传、体质监测以及体育政策和资金保障、体育服务绩效评估等9项服务内容,揭示出辽宁大众体育公共服务体系运行中存在的现实问题,并有针对性地提出辽宁大众体育公共服务体系的优化路径,旨在为完善辽宁体育公共服务体系提供有益的参考与借鉴。This paper adopts literature review,questionnaires,interview s and other research methods,studies the theoretical basis of Liaoning public sports service system,and analyzes the core systems,supporting systems,security systems and their operating conditions,including the follow ing nine items： public sports activities,sports organization and management,public sports facilities,fitness guide,sports information dissemination services,physique monitoring,and sports policy and financial security,performance evaluation of sports services. In addition,this paper reveals problems in Liaoning public sports service system and proposes the optimal path of Liaoning public sports service system. It is hoped that this paper w ill provide useful information and reference to improve the public sports service system in Liaoning.
