摘  要:T250马氏体时效钢具有高强度、高硬度的特点,其卷焊旋压毛坯冷校形存在裂纹及尺寸精度差问题,提出了热校形的解决思路。通过试验发现,T250钢热校形存在应力现象,导致热校形后毛坯尺寸、圆度及直线度较差,对此现象进行了分析,提出了解决方法,对后续T250钢热校形技术研究提供参考借鉴。To solve the fissure and precision difference of T250 maraging steel of welding and rotary press modeling roughcast with cold shape correction caused by it's features of high strength and high rigidity, the hot shape correction method is presented. Through a series of tests, hot shape correction stress phenomena of T250 steel is found,which leads to the difference of the dimension, roundness and straightness after hot shape correction. The solution is showed by analysis of the phenomena mentioned above which provide a reference for the continuous hot shape correction technology study of T250 steel.
