摘 要:作为中国改革开放的起点,特区经济属于中国整体经济系统的一个重要构件,不能将其作为一个同质的区域经济体加以分析。非均衡增长方式直接带动了特区经济的起飞,为其融入世界分工体系提供了条件,同时使得特区的现代化自由市场经济体制走在了全国前列。然而随着特区经济发展到一定高度,市场经济体制的再深化却逐渐停滞,出现了向全国传统体制收敛的迹象,这一点被特区32年来劳动力市场一体化的变化趋势所证实。因此,实现特区未来经济持续增长与转型的出路在于进一步消除影响要素市场一体化的各种制度性障碍,实现区域之间的协调、互补发展。As a starting point of China's reform and opening up policy, the SEZs' economy is an important component of China's overall economic system, so we could not analyze it as a homogenous regional economies. Unbalanced growing path has driven directly off the SEZs' economy, and provided conditions for its integration into the global labor division system, allowing the SEZs' modem free- market economic system walk in the forefront of the country. However, while the SEZs' economic development has gone to a certain point, the local market economic system has gradually been deepe- ning stagnation, and there have been signs of convergence to the national wide traditional system, which was confirmed by the changing trends of 32 years of labor market integration. Therefore, to achieve sustained economic growth and transformation in the future, SEZs need to eliminate the various elements of institutional barriers that affect market inte- gration so as to achieve coordination and complementary development between different regions.
