摘  要:在有双向光照渐变的室内环境下,采用L16(4^5)正交实验设计开展外源激素(IAA、GA3和IBA)浸种对2个产地云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)种子发芽影响的(4,4,8,2,16)双向完全随机区组实验。结果表明,尖山和弥渡种子的发芽率与发芽势分别为87.3%-94.0%、61.8%-87.3%与21.5%-37.0%、15.3%-22.3%,尖山的高于弥渡的。云南松种子发芽对光照变化较为敏感,且不同产地的种子对光照的响应有差异。在实验采用的3种外源激素中,GA3促进云南松种子发芽,IAA对2个产地的种子发芽呈现不同的影响,IBA未表现出显著地影响种子发芽或对其产生一定的负效应。In a laboratory with two-direction illumination gradually variation,the 4,4,8,2,16 two-direction randomized experiment was implemented which employed a L16(4^5) orthogonal experimental design to trail effects of exo-hormones( IAA,GA3 and IBA) soaking seeds on germination parameters of Pinus yunnanensis for producing two areas. The results showed that the germinating rates were 87. 3%- 94. 0%,and 61. 8%-87. 3%,and Germination energies were 61. 8%- 37. 0% and 15. 3%- 22. 3% for seeds producing areas of Jianshan and Midu,respectively. The two germination parameters of Jianshan were higher than which of Midu.The seed germination of P. yunnanensis was more sensitive to illumination variation,and the seeds producing different regions presented different response to illumination variation. For three exo-hormones applied in the experiment,the GA3 promoting the seed germination; the IAA presented different germination influences for the seeds producing two regions; and there was no significantly different effects or occurred negative impact of the IBA on seed germination.
