摘  要:针对平滑光伏功率变化问题,研究光伏和储能联合发电的容量配置及控制策略,提出一种光/储电站容量配置随机规划方法和基于基准荷电状态的储能充放电控制策略,结合实际系统分析光/储电站输出功率变化统计特性、光伏和储能容量配比关系。Fast and random output variation of large-scale grid-connected PV power station brings pressure on grid regulation. There is a limitation on ramp rate for output power of PV power generation system in chinese national standard, and configuration and operation of a PV power station should following the limitation. The capacity ratio and control strategy of the PV and storage battery system were studied for mitigating ramp rate of PV output power, and a stochastic time-series method for optimizing capacity ratio of PV/storage battery hybrid station and a charging and recharging control strategy based on SOC baseline were proposed. In a real PV/storage battery station, the statistic feature of its output power and relationship between PV capaicty and storage battery were analyzed.
