摘  要:对进气道静电传感器的在航空发动机状态监测中的重要应用进行介绍并详细分析了静电监测原理,详细描述外来物静电感应的空间物理模型。根据进气道环状静电传感器的特性和空间物理模型构造出进气道静电传感器的空间感应数学模型,并利用数学推演的方法进行模型解析,得到了传感器输出信号的数学表达式;利用所获得的数学方程对进气道静电传感器静电感应信号的主影响因素逐条分析并讨论,然后以除传感器物理参数外的3个主要影响因素作为实验研究的变量,通过静电测试台架及用于进气道模拟的静电传感器完成了一系列验证实验,得到了实验数据并进行处理,根据数据处理结果详细讨论了主要影响因素与静电输出信号的关系。实验结果表明:油滴穿过速度、油滴荷电量、油滴径向位置都会对输出信号产生影响。The important application of inlet electrostatic sensor in aero - engine condition monitoring is introduced, the principle of elec- trostatic monitoring is analyzed in detail in this paper, and the physical spatial model of inhaled foreign object electrostatic induction is described in detail. Then, the spatial induction mathematical model of the inlet electrostatic sensor is constructed according to the char- acteristics and the spatial physical model of the inlet ring- probe electrostatic sensor, the model analysis is conducted with mathematical derivation method, and the specific mathematic expression of the electrostatic sensor output signal is obtained. The mathematic expres- sion is used to analyze the main influence factors for the electrostatic induction signal of the inlet electrostatic sensor, and the related re- sults are discussed. In the following experiment study, three main influence factors except the sensor physical parameters are taken as the experiment variables, a series of experiments were conducted with the electrostatic test bench and the electrostatic sensor used in inlet simulation, the experiment data were acquired and processed, and the relationships between the main influence factors and output signal was discussed according to the data processing results. The experiment resuhs show that the oil drop speed, oil drop charge and oil drop radial position have influences on the output signal.
