摘 要:本文深入分析了PCB罗氏线圈的干扰机理,为实现良好的抗干扰性与结构开启灵活性的有机结合,设计了一种应用于开启式结构的差分绕线PCB罗氏线圈,采用双半环拼接成整圈的结构设计,在每个半环内采用同线双绞差分绕制的方式以实现消干扰目的。借鉴添加回线的设计思想,采用差分绕线使去线与回线严格对称。通过实验测量其在8/20冲击电流波形输入下的各项工作性能,验证其具有良好的线性度和抗外界各类磁场干扰的性能,具有较高的准确度,可以广泛的应用于开启式结构的输电线路高频分量采集装置中。This paper deeply analyzes the interference mechanism of PCB Rogowski coil. In order to achieve the combi- nation of good anti-interference and architecture opening flexibility, a differential winding PCB Rogowski coil was de- signed, which is used in open-type structure ; and the structure design of double half-loop spliced into a full circle is a- dopted. The same twisted wire differential winding way is used to achieve the purpose of eliminating the interference in each half-ring. The design idea of adding back line is adopted, and differential winding is used to make the arriving line and returning line strict symmetric. The working performance under the impact of 8/20 input current waveform was measured in experiments, and the results verify that the proposed method has good linearity and the performance of re- sistance to various types of external magnetic interference, has high accuracy and can be widely used in the transmis- sion line high-frequency component collection device with open structure.
