摘 要:根据矿井风流调节的具体要求,合理选择矿用空气幕的型号是应用矿用空气幕技术的关键。在分析矿用空气幕选型依据及原理的基础上,应用矿井通风三维仿真系统软件模拟矿用空气幕运行的效果,来研究确定矿用空气幕的选型参数及影响因素。结果表明,应用矿井通风三维仿真系统软件所选择的矿用空气幕与理论推导的计算结果一致,此方法能够最大限度地反映矿山实际情况,具有直观、高效等特点。This paper aims to study the application of a 3-D simula- tion mining ventilation software for mining air curtain selection. It dif- fers from the current methods both at home and abroad in that the cal- culation in the method we have proposed can be done through a theo- retical derivation, which is more convenient. To achieve this pur- pose, what we have to do is to collect the data that can be used in the process of the network ealeulation and simulation in accordance with the actual mining situation. And, then, we have established an un- derground mine ventilation system model by using a mining ventilation system software. Integrating all the problems that we wish to solve in the mine itself, we have made a comprehensive evaluation and the optimal mining ventilation system so as to decide the installation con- ditions for the mine air curtain. At the same time, we have deter- mined the installation site for the air pressure and airflow. Through the input modules of the software' s fan parameters, query calculation results module, etc., we have chosen the fans that can be well- matched with the mining air curtains, which helps to carry out the air curtain selection successfully. What is more, based on the analysis of the selection principle and theory of mining air curtain selection, we have classified the different types of mining air curtain and elaborated the methods we have chosen as we apply the software. And, finally, we have chosen a case study sample for simulating the operation ef- fects of the mine air curtain by using a 3~D simulated ventilation sys- tem software. The above studies have enabled us to determine the se- lection parameters and influential factors of the mine air curtains, which is favorable for laying a reliable foundation for designing the mine air curtain. The results of our selection prove to be consistent with the theoretical derivation.
