摘 要:为了得出小凌河矿回采巷道交叉点处的支护方案,建立了FLAC3D数值模拟模型。针对南票煤电集团小凌河煤矿-580 m南翼溜煤道处于大倾角、受动载影响的地质条件,理论分析了交叉巷道围岩应力与变形特点,通过FLAC3D数值模拟与工程类比确定了联络巷支护方案。分析了巷道交叉点围岩应力分布和位移规律分布,确定了巷道交叉点处的补强支护方案,顶板采用钢筋托梁组合锚杆支护,并进行锚索补强。交叉的两条巷道在保持原有支护参数的基础上通过增加顶板锚索的根数来提高支护强度。结果表明,在顶板采用钢筋托梁组合锚杆支护和锚索补强,可有效控制围岩离层和结构面变形。数值模拟和传统方法相比,针对性强,更快捷方便。The given paper is inclined to introduce our research re- sults on how to improve the supporting technology of mining gateway intersection by taking Xiaoling River mine as a case study sample. As a matter of fact, with the increase of the mining depth, it is getting more and more complicated in the geological exploitation conditions. Under the influence of the so-called "three highs and one distur- bance", namely, the high ground-surface-stress, high underground temperature, and high Karst-topographical hydraulic pressure, plus the intense mining disturbance, all of which demands a strong tech- nological support with the deep soft rock roadway, especially at the cross-sectional points in need of likely two roadways. Such additional technological demands naturally increase a great technological compli- cation. Taking the south wing equipment situation of the Nanpiao Coal and Power Development Group for example, the transportation and air ventilation condition of the mine involves the - 580 m deep-level roadway construction project for instance, whose large slanting angle has naturally increased tremendous dynamic load impact. Facing the great challenge, we have analyzed the surrounding rock situations and the deformation features of the intersection roadway, and then decided to carry out the supporting link-roadway project through the FLAC3D numerical simulation and engineering analogy. Facing the challenge, first of all, we have analyzed the stress distribution and displacement distribution pattern of the roadway junction. And, then, we have set up mind on reinforcing the supporting means by using the steel-beam combined anchor bolt supports on the roof with cable supplement sup- ports. In addition, we have heightened the strength of the two inter- sectional roadways based on the original supporting parameters by adding a number of cables on the roof.
