摘 要:为了全面了解亚硝酸盐在生物除磷系统中的作用,采用SBR反应器,研究了亚硝酸盐对聚磷菌厌氧释磷、好氧吸磷的影响及短程反硝化除磷过程中各物质质量浓度之间的关系。结果表明,厌氧段释磷量随厌氧段投加NO-2-N质量浓度提高而增加,在厌氧段的后期出现了以NO-2为电子受体的吸磷现象。在好氧段投加亚硝酸盐,当NO-2-N质量浓度从5 mg/L升高到10 mg/L时,好氧吸磷速率随NO-2-N质量浓度提高而迅速降低,但当NO-2-N质量浓度超过10 mg/L后,好氧吸磷速率随NO-2-N质量浓度提高降低速度减缓。系统缺氧除磷量与NO-2-N消耗量、缺氧除磷量与PHB(聚-β-羟基丁酸)消耗量均呈线性关系。This paper takes it as its focus to investigate the effects of nitrite on the metabolic behavior of Phosphorus Accumulating 0rgan- isms(PA0s) under the anaerobic, aerobic and anoxic conditions, re- spectively. For the said purpose, we have laid out a ser/es of batch tests to study the changes that take place in the anaerobic phosphorus release and aerobic phosphorus adsorption when adding nitrite at the beginning of anaerobic time and aerobic time, respectively. And, then, the anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic SBR has been used to cultivate the Denitrifying Phosphors Removal Organisms(DNPAOs) with nitrite as a kind of electron acceptor. Furthermore, we have analyzed the relation between the removal amount of phosphorus and the nitrite up- take in the anoxic time and that between the amount of phosphorus re- moval and PHB uptake in the anoxic time. The experiment results have shown that the anaerobic phosphorus release tends to speed up with the addition of nitrite volume, whereas the net uptake of phos- phorus tends to occur with the depletion of carbon source in the anaerobic process. However, nitrite is likely to inhibit its phosphorus uptake rate and denitrifying rate when the concentration of nitrite ni- trogen comes over 10 mg/L. What is more, nitrite tends to restrain the aerobic uptake rate when it is added at the beginning of the aero- bic time. Moreover, when its nitrogen concentration keeps at a level of less than 10 mg/L, the aerobic phosphorus uptake rate may well tend to drop quickly, though the inhibition of nitrite on phosphorus uptake may not be as strong as it was before when the concentration of the nitrite nitrogen was over 10 mg/L. Furthermore, it has also been found that the DNPAOs has been enriched in the anaerobic/anoxic/ aerobic SBR in the process of 63 days. To be more accurate, when the concentration of PO^- - P in the effluent is reduced to less than 1 mg/L, the removal proponent of the anoxic phosphorus tends to reach 36 mg/L, that is, by 82.36% in the total phosphorus removal.
