摘 要:恶臭属于感觉公害,通常以人的嗅觉和主观感觉加以表征。因此,恶臭的评估指标和评估方法不同于其他环境污染。针对恶臭污染多组分、低浓度、污染源复杂等特点,建立适用于不同区域、不同污染特征的恶臭污染评估指标体系和评估指标分级标准。运用污染等级评估的模糊判别矩阵方法,构建恶臭污染评估模型。并以某工业园区为例进行实例分析,结果表明,该区域恶臭污染的综合评估等级为Ⅳ级(轻度污染),评估结果与实际污染状况相符。This present article attempts to introduce a renovated index system for the odor pollution evaluation, which is available for assess- ing the environmental impacts and the design of a new pollution pre- vention and control plant. As it is known to all, the odor pollution can be a key factor leading to the pollution of the local air. The so-called odor pollution can be defined as a nasty source of the local environ- mental pollution and contamination that stimulates olfaction and hurt- ing the physical and spiritual sensation to the local residents, in addi- tion to its uniqueness and particularity of its pollution both as a sub- jective and objective pollution event in the local residents' mind. In hoping to clearly identify the key indexes for the odor pollution in- volved, we have made a detailed investigation and analysis of the in- fluential factors of the mechanism resulting in such odor pollution. The analysis results of its characteristic features, we have made clear that there exist four typical indexes constituting the successful evalua- tion, that is, the odor intensity, the disgust, the odor concentration and the risk indicator. Further analysis reveals that the odor intensity indicates the degree of olfactory sensation, whereas the disgust analy- sis indicates the influence of human mind and sense organs. Howev- er, the odor concentration has now been found to be the most prevail- ing index for the environmental odor impact while the risk indicator reflects the condition of the physiological effect. And, next, we have worked out the main indictors in accordance with their different weights. In accordance with the unified evaluation standards, we have broken up the indexes into five classification standards. And, finally, have managed to establish an odor pollution assessment model based on the fuzzy comparison matrix theory.
