芍药甘草加金钱草汤对新西兰兔离体输尿管平滑肌张力的影响

摘　　要：目的:评估不同配比的芍药甘草加金钱草汤对离体新西兰兔输尿管平滑肌张力的影响。方法:设立空白对照组,观察芍药、甘草构成分别为6∶1、3∶1、1∶1及金钱草、芍药甘草构成比分别为1∶1、2∶1、3∶1水煎液,观察其对新西兰兔离体输尿管平滑肌舒张期最大张力的影响,并与空白对照组、阳性对照药阿托品组及尼莫地平组比较。结果:1∶1芍药甘草组即可显著降低输尿管平滑肌张力;增加芍药甘草比未见输尿管平滑肌张力进一步下降;随金钱草与芍药甘草构成比的增加,输尿管平滑肌的张力逐渐提高,但对输尿管平滑肌张力的影响较弱。结论:芍药甘草比例为1∶1时,即可有效降低输尿管平滑肌的张力。金钱草可增加输尿管张力,但用量不宜过大,其作用机制可能与利尿排石有关。Objective： To evaluate the effect of different ratio of peony and licorice and Christina Loosestrife herb decoction on isolated in New Zealand rabbit ureteral smooth muscle tension. Methods： to set up a blank control group, to observe the peony, licorice constitute respectively is 6：1, 3：1, 1：1 and Christina Loosestrifc, peony and licorice constitu- ent ratio is l：l, 2：1, 3：1 water decoction, and observe its effects on the body of the ureteral smooth muscle diastolic ten- sion from New Zealand rabbits, and normal control group, the positive control drug atropine group and nimodipine group comparison. Results： the hl of peony and licorice group can significantly reduced the ureteral smooth muscle tension; increase of peony and licorice than no ureteral smooth muscle tension decreased further; with Christina Loosestrife herb and peony and licorice constituent ratio increases, the ureteral smooth muscle tension increased gradually, but the ef- fect on tension of ureteral smooth muscle is weak. Conclusion： Shaoyaogancao ratio 1：1, can effectively reduce the ureteral smooth muscle tension. Christina Loosestrife herb can increase the ureteral tension, but the amount is too large, the mechanism may be related with the diuretic row stone.
