加强大湄公河次区域环境保护合作为“一带一路”战略提供环保支撑

摘　　要：中国历来重视参与大湄公河次区域合作,通过倡导并推动"大湄公河次区域核心环境与生物多样性走廊计划"(CEP-BCI)项目的开发实施,积极参与大湄公河次区域环境合作,不断推进与次区域各国的睦邻友好关系。中国积极推动该项目与合作机制化建设,并将云南省西双版纳和香格里拉德钦地区、广西靖西列为项目执行的重点区域。随着CEP-BCI项目一期的开展与顺利完成,目前二期项目(2014-2016)正在实施中。本文拟在初步总结我国参与GMS环保合作基本情况和主要成果基础上,提出我国进一步开展大湄公河次区域环境保护合作的思路与政策建议。China has always taken more attentions into the participation in the Greater Mekong Subregional cooperation, by advocating and promoting ＂Core Environment Program and Biodiversity Conservation Corridors Initiative in the GMS＂ （CEP- BCI）, and taken an active part in GMS environmental cooperation, continuously promoted the good - neighborly and friendly relations with different countries in the sub - region. China has actively promoted the development of the project and the cooperation mechanism, and Xishuangbanna and Shangri - la politician of Yunnan, Jingxi of Guangxi have been the focus of the project. With the development of the first phase of the CEP - BCI and being completed, the phase ii project （ 2014 - 2016） is on implementation.
