摘　　要：公众参与是环境影响评价的重要组成部分,是环评报告中不可或缺的一个重要章节。本文根据作者多年环评经验并结合实际环评过程中公众参与中遇到的诸多问题,比如公众参与的形式、公众参与调查表发放范围、发放份数、编制报告表项目需不需要进行公众参与以及公众参与的介入时间等,提出了自己的几点想法。Public participation is an important part of environmental impact assessment, is an indispensable important chapters in the EIA report. In this paper, according to the author many years of experience in environmental assessment and public participation in EIA process encountered many problems, such as public participation, public participation in the form of questionnaire distribution scope, the number of the release, prepare the report on the project need public participation and involvement of public participation in the time and so on, puts forward some ideas of public participation in EIA process.
