杭州某社区603名老年人居家养老及日间照料服务需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区老年人居家养老服务及日间照料服务需求,为社区进一步发展居家养老服务和日间照料服务提供参考依据。方法采取立意抽样法,应用自行设计社区老年人居家养老服务及日间照料服务需求调查问卷对杭州市某社区603名老年人进行面对面入户调查,问卷内容包括社区老年人居家养老服务及日间照料服务需求。结果社区老年人对居家养老服务中家政服务需求最高的是居室清洁卫生(占35.8%),生活照料服务需求最高的是送餐(占27.9%),医疗保健服务需求最高的是上门测血压(占36.8%);有75.5%老年人知道社区有日间照料中心,21.1%老年人愿意入住日间照料中心,老年人对日间照料服务需求排在首位是日间生活照料服务(占75.3%),其次是健身活动(占61.9%)。结论杭州某社区老年人对居家养老服务需求较低,对日间照料中心提供服务需求较高。社区工作人员应根据老年人的实际需求完善服务内容,促进居家养老服务和日间照料服务的开展。Objective To understand old people＇s specific demands in homecare service and day care centre in community and provide the basis for developing homecare and day care in community. Methods With cluster sampling, a self-designed questionnaire was applied for a face-to-face survey among 603 seniors. Results Housekeeping, meal delivery, and visiting service of blood pressure measurement topped the list of homecare, accounting for 35.8%, 27.9% and 36.8% respectively. Totally 75.5% of the elderly people knew the existence of community day care center and 21.1% of them would like to register in day care centers. A higher demand for day care services was day care services（75.3%）, followed by fitness activities（61.9%）. Conclusion The community elderly people show low interest in home endowment service,but high interest in service demands provided by day care centre. The service needs to be improved according to the requirements of the elderly to promote family endowment service and day care services.
