摘  要:为开发甘蔗副产品作为肉牛养殖的饲料资源,应用氨化、微贮的方法处理甘蔗副产品,测定氨化、微贮处理后甘蔗副产品的营养成分,试验牛日采食甘蔗副产品数量及试验牛增重效果。结果:经氨化、微贮处理后,甘蔗副产品的粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量降低,粗蛋白(CP)含量增加;氨化组、微贮组比对照组显著提高了采食量(P﹤0.05);氨化组日增重最高,与对照组相比差异极显著(P﹤0.01),微贮组比对照组显著提高了日增重(P﹤0.05)。结果表明,甘蔗副产品经氨化、微贮后是一种优良的饲料资源,以氨化方法处理效果最佳。For the development of sugarcane by - products as feed cattle breeding, application of ammoniation, micro storage method processingsug- arcane by - products, nutritional components of sugarcane by - products were measured after the treatment, experimental cattle feed intake and weight gain. The results show that, the ammoniated, microbial treatment of sugarcane by -products, crude fiber (CF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content decreased, increased the content of crude protein (CP) ; ammoniated group, micro storage group than in the control group significantly increased feed in- take (P 〈 0.05 ) ; ammoniated group had the highest daily gain, ammoniated group than in the control group significantly increased ADG (P 〈 0.01 ), micro storage group than in the control group significantly increased ADG ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion, sugarcane by - products by amination, micro storage is a kind of good feed resources, the best treatment effect by ammoniation method.
