摘　　要：目的探讨脐血tau蛋白、激活素A联合检测在新生儿脑损伤中的诊断价值。方法将60例患绒毛膜羊膜炎的母亲所生新生儿纳入实验组,并根据其出生后神经系统表现、脑影像学检查分为脑损伤组26例和非脑损伤组34例;同时选取20例健康母亲所生新生儿作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测3组新生儿脐血tau蛋白、激活素A的水平。结果脑损伤组脐血tau蛋白、激活素A水平明显高于非脑损伤组和对照组(P均<0.05);且随着脑损伤程度的加重,tau蛋白、激活素A水平进一步增高。结论脐血tau蛋白、激活素A对具有宫内感染风险的新生儿脑损伤早期诊断有一定意义。Objective It is to explore the diagnostic value of determination of tau protein and activin A in cord blood for neonatal brain injury. Methods The neonates mothered by 60 women with amniotie membrane inflammation were selected as experimental group, and divided into brain injury group （26 eases） and non-brain injury group according to their performance of nervous system and brain imaging after birth. At the same time, the neonates of 20 cases of healthy mothers were selected as healthy control group. ELISA was used to detect the levels of tau protein and activin A in cord blood. Results The levels of tau protein, activin A in cord blood in brain injury group were obviously higher than that in non-bran injury group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Along with the degree of brain injury aggravated the tau protein and activin A levels increased further. Conclusion Tau protein, activin A in cord blood has some significance for the early diagnosis of brain injury in the neonates with risk of fetal intrauterine infection.
