摘 要:为提高油水分离效率,通过分析油水强化分离理论,提出将"浅池"强化、"聚结"强化相结合的方案,研制出一种新型聚结板式油水分离器,并进行油水分离试验,在处理水量为0.3m3/h、静置时间为0.5h的试验条件下,结果表明:在不含任何内置构件、仅加入下孔箱式入口构件及仅加入折型板三个单因素试验变量下,平均除油效率分别为87.34%,91.76%和91.28%。通过正交试验对折形聚结板构件进行参数优化,试验显示在折形板间距为60mm、角度为0°时,平均除油效率最高,达95%。To improve the efficiency of oil-water separation,by the reinforced oil/water separation theoretical analysis,the scheme has been proposed which combined the shallow tank theory and the coalescence technology into one equipment. A new oil-water separator was developed with folding plate structure plates as packing. Under the experiments condition of 0.3m3/h for water treatment capacity and 0.5h for hydraulic retention time,the experiment result shows that the average oil removal efficiencies were 87.34%,91.76% and 91.28% in three single factor test variables that were respectively no built-in component,only putting in entrance structure and only putting in folded plate. By the test of structural parameter optimization,it shows that the two structural parameters of distance of 60 mm and inclination angle of 0 degree is the best,and the efficiency of equipment is 95%.
