摘  要:为了减少螺栓连接模型的模拟计算量并提高模拟计算精度,以螺栓连接L梁模型为研究对象,对其进行了螺栓连接结构有限元模型简化研究。螺栓简化模型由等壁厚面体组成,通过调解简化模型的密度,使简化模型质量与三维实体模型保持一致。将简化模型模态计算结果与三维实体螺栓模型进行比较,验证了简化模型的有效性。为了进一步提高螺栓简化模型的计算精度,针对简化模型的重要参数—弹性模量进行了单目标优化,优化结果显示,螺栓简化模型的计算精度得到了进一步提高。The bolted joint L beam model is the major object,which is studied about the simplified method to reduce the calculation amount of the bolted joint model and improve the accuracy of simulation. The simplified model is composed by the equal thickness surface-body. The quality of simplified model is the same as the quality of three-dimensional solid model by changing the density of simplified model. The calculation results of simplified model are compared with that of three-dimensional solid model,in order to prove the effectiveness of simplified model. For further improve the count accuracy of simplified model,the elastic modulus of simplified model is optimized as single target. The result shows that optimizing the elastic modulus of simplified model is help for improving the count accuracy of the simplified model.
