摘 要:针对透平膨胀机叶轮叶片薄、扭曲大,叶片间隔小,形状复杂等特点,对其多轴加工过程进行了详细的分析,研究并试验了叶轮多轴加工方法,有效的解决了加工过程中的问题;首先对叶轮毛坯的编程与加工、定位与装卡,五轴加工机床的选择以及叶轮CAM设置等工艺过程进行了合理的设置,然后对整个工艺过程进行了多次实践验证,最终实现了优化叶轮加工过程,提高加工效率的目的;目前这一技术已成功运用到多种整体叶轮的加工,并获得了良好的效果。Aiming at the characteristics of turbo-expander impeller blades that it being thin,twisted large and small blade spacing,and its shape and other,carried out detailed analysis on multi-axis machining process,researched and tested the impeller multi-axis machining methods, effectively solving the process the problem; first aiming at the wheel blank programming and machining process,positioning and installation card,5-axis machining and impeller CAM,it chose a reasonable setting,then the whole process had been proven many times,eventually achieved the optimal impeller machining process,improved the purposes of processing efficiency; present this technology had been successfully applied to a variety of integral impeller machining,and obtained good results.
