摘  要:以机床整机及其关键部件的性能辨识为目标,以TH系列大型卧式加工中心作为分析对象,利用LMS振动分析平台,通过主轴系统模态实验、整机模态实验辨识机床的动态特性,找出了加工中心振动的三种主要振型和两种主要的振动成因;利用热成像仪和热态特性分析仪,通过加工中心立柱系统的温度场和热变形实验辨识机床的热态特性,得到了加工中心的温度分布和三个坐标方向上的热位移量,找出了主要热源、热汇和热流通路影响机床精度的方式,摸清了加工中心的动态和热态性能参数,找出了其薄弱环节,为通过结构优化和误差补偿等措施提高机床精度稳定性提供支撑。Aiming to the performance identification of machine tool and its key components,with series TH machining center as analyzing object,using LMS vibration analysis platform,performance identification of machine tools was identified through the modal experiment of spindle system and machine. The three main vibration modes and two main vibration causes were found. Using thermal imagers and thermal properties analyzer,Thermal Characteristics of machine tools was identified through temperature field and thermal deformation experiments of column system. The temperature distribution and thermal displacement in the three coordinate directions were obtained. The influence of main heat sources,heat sinks and heat flow path on machine tools precision. The weakness of machine tools were found,and supporting the measures of structural optimization and error compensation to improve the stability of the machine precision.
