摘  要:先用马来酸酐(MA)和二乙醇胺(DEA)合成了单体M,后与丙烯醇(AA)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(B-400)用过硫酸胺(APS)作引发剂,在水溶液中通过自由基聚合合成新型高分子水泥助磨剂,确定了最佳单体摩尔比:M∶AA∶B-400=1.0∶1.2∶0.5,引发剂用量为单体总质量的4.0%。将该助磨剂应用于水泥粉磨试验,并与空白对比:45μm筛余量降低34.3%;3~32μm细颗粒的含量提高了18.2%;3d,28d的抗压强度分别提高了15.7%,13.7%。The small monomer M was synthesized with maleic anhydride(MA) and diethanolamine(DEA). The M and allyl alcohol (A.A) were then added into allyl polyethenoxy ether(B-400) to produce polymer cement grinding aid by aqueous solution polymerization, under the initiating effect of ammonium peroxydisulfate, the optimal molar ratio of polymer cement grinding aid was M : AA : 13-400=1 : 1.2 : 0. 5,amount of initiator 4. 0%. The results of the ce- ment grinding aids test compared with black were as follows: sieved particles of 45μm reduced 34. 8%; the grains size of 3-32 μm increased 18. 2%; 3 d, 28 d compressive strength of cement pastes were increased by 15.7% and 13. 7%.
