摘　　要：护理研究生教育是护理学教育体系中最高层次的教育，护理研究生创新能力的培养是护理研究生教育的核心，也是衡量护理研究生教育质量的重要指标。如何根据护理专业研究生的特点，改革和创新护理研究生教学方法，培养高级临床护理创新人才，是当前护理教育界一直关注和探索的焦点。本文从构建创新的课程体系、创建一流的导师队伍、加强科研能力培养、创新研究生培养模式、加强学术交流等几方面，探索了护理研究生创新人才培养的方法。The education of postgraduate nursing is the highest level in nursing education system. Innovative capability cultivation is the core of postgraduate nursing education, as well as an important measurement index of education quality. How to reform and innovate teaching methods and foster highly specialized clinical talents based on their characteristics has been the focus of attention and exploration. This article aims to explore the methods of innovative talent cultivation of postgraduate nursing from the following several aspects about constructing innovative curriculum system, creating first-class tutor team, promoting scientific research ability, forming innovative postgraduate cultivation pattern and intensifying the scholarly communication.
