摘　　要：目的 快速准确计算曲妥珠单抗单次使用新、老药用量并杜绝配制差错.方法 在分析清楚曲妥珠单抗配制各个参数之间的计算关系的基础上,借助Excel表格自动生成曲妥珠单抗瓶签.结果 共经过280例次的使用,未出现一例临床用药差错.结论 利用Excel表格制作曲妥珠单抗瓶签,提高了曲妥珠单抗临床用药的准确性与安全性.Objective To calculate the single dose of traditional or modified trastuzumab to avoid mistakes during the course of drug making up.Methods Based on clearly relationship among the multiple parameters for the trastuzumab preparation,the trastuzumab bottle label is generated by means of the Excel form.Results There was no clinical case of using durgs errors happened during the course using among 280 patients.Conclusions The trastuzumab bottle label by means of the Excel form could improve the accuracy and safety of clinical use of trastuzumab.
