摘　　要：通过毛坯模具结构和涂料涂敷方式改进、熔炼过程计算机自动优化配料及自动浇注过程控制,减小了汽车缸套毛坯外圆、内孔加工余量、提高了铸件成品率和内在质量。The rim and bore cutting allowance of automotive cylinder casting is reduced, and the casting yield and internal quality of ingots are improved by the changing of mold structure and the coating methods, composition automatically optimize in melting process and automatic casting process control.
