摘　　要：目的:建立产后三泡外洗浓缩液的薄层色谱鉴别法。方法:飞龙掌血采用氨水碱化的三氯甲烷提取,在正己烷-三氯甲烷-丙酮(15:10:2)展开。肿节风用石油醚萃取后再用三氯甲烷提取,在甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(9∶4∶1)展开。结果:飞龙掌血斑点喷以改良碘化铋钾试液后显色明显。肿节风在365nm下检视有荧光斑点,氨熏后斑点变为黄绿色。Objective： To develop postpartum three foam concentrate Washing TLC method. Methods： Toddalia asiatica extract using chloroform alkaline ammonia in n-hexane-chloroform-acetone（15： 10： 2） to expand. Zhongjiefeng extracted with petroleum ether and then extracted with chloroform, toluene- ethyl acetate- formic acid（9：4：1） started. Results： dragon palm sprayed with blood spots after the modified bismuth potassium iodide test solution color is obvious. Zhongjiefeng view at 365 nm fluorescent spots, Ammonia spot turns yellow-green.
