摘　　要：目的探讨霍乱并发急性肾功衰的治疗及护理措施。方法对患者采取补液、抗感染、血液透析、消毒隔离、口腔护理、饮食护理及并发症的对症处理和相应的护理。结果经过20天的精心治疗和护理,患者痊愈出院。结论正确地救治、护理、消毒隔离能控制传染源,切断传播途径,可提高治愈率,降低死亡率。Objective ： To investigate the treatment and nursing measures of acute renal failure of cholera. Method ： Take corresponding nursing on rehydration, anti infection, hemodialysis, disinfection and isolation, oral care, diet nursing and complications. Results ： After 20 days of careful treatment and care, patients recovered and were discharged from hospital. Conclusion ： The correct treatment, nursing, disinfection and isolation can cut off the route of transmission, improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality rate.
