摘　　要：在柔性自动检测生产线的行车机械手中使用M415B步进驱动器,来驱动滚珠丝杠旋转带动气动手爪上下移动,取得了低振动、小噪声、高精度、高速度的效果;使用该生产线组织教学,增强了学生使用、设置、安装、调试及维修步进驱动器的专业技能,培养学生形成良好的职业素养。Using M415B stepper driver in flexible automatic testing production line to drive the ball screw to move up and down with the air gripper, has made some effect of a low vibration, low noise, high precision and high speed; Using this production line to organize the college teaching can enhance students＇ professional skills on use, setting, installation, debugging and repairing the stepper driver, which also can train the student to form the good occupational accomplishment.
