摘  要:在长螺旋钻成孔过程中,孔底残留过多虚土,以致清孔达不到要求,为解决该问题,提出了利用泥浆与虚土相结合随钻出孔的清孔新方法。分析了泥浆护壁原理,在高铁复合路基工程实例中利用成小直径孔的随钻出孔清孔新方法,效果显著,方法实用可行,开创了长螺旋钻成孔的清孔新方法。Due to the excessive loose soil left in the bottom of hole drilled with long auger, resulting in difficulty in the following hole cleaning, a new method was proposed of pouring a kind of slurry into drilling holes, resulting in the loose soil combined with the slurry out of holes. Based on the analysis of the wall protection by the drill slurry, the new method of drilling small-diameter hole with long auger while pouring slurry into hole was applied into the practical engineering project of composite s method is completely ubgrade for high-speed railway, showing a remarkable hole cleaning effect.
