摘  要:对鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿进行了动态磁化焙烧-磁选试验研究。针对两种不同粒度的原矿,确定了动态气-煤混用磁化焙烧的工艺条件:焙烧温度800℃,混配煤粉5%,煤气流量0.9L/min,转炉倾角1.8°,转炉转速0.6r/min(焙烧时间50min)。矿石中赤铁矿可有效转变为磁铁矿,焙烧过程中无粘结现象。焙烧产品采用阶段磨矿-阶段磁选流程,原料粒度0-2mm时,精矿铁品位58.95%,铁回收率87.26%;原料粒度0-6mm时,精矿铁品位58.69%,铁回收率89.50%。Experimental research on dynamic magnetizing roasting and magnetic separation of an oolitic hematite deposit from western Hubei was conducted. To adapt to the two feed granularities, the processing parameters for dynamic gas- coal dual burning-magnetizing roasting were optimized. With coal dosage of 5% and gas flow rate of 0.9 L/min, the feed was roasted at 800 ℃ for 50 minutes in a converter with an inclination angle of 1.8° and a rotating speed of 0.6 r/min. Hematite was therewith be effectively transformed into magnetite while no bonding phenomenon was observed. The roasted ore was then subjected to the process of stage grinding and stage magnetic separation, resulting in 87.26% Fe recovery into the concentrate grading 58.95% Fe at the feeding size of 0-2 mm, while 89.50% Fe recovery into the concentrate grading 58.69% Fe at the feeding size of 0~6 mm, respectively.
