摘 要:将基于单元品位曲线的浮选影响因素分类研究法引入到磁选影响因素研究中,将19个不同矿样磁选指标标准化到标准正态累计分布曲线上,并研究了标准化曲线的性质。提出了以标准化后磁场强度与粒度数据偏移量S正态分布标准差σ1和σ2为临界值的磁选影响因素分类方法。研究得出粒度是第一类因素,磁场强度、矿浆浓度、漂洗水量均为第二类因素。通过对影响因素的合理分类,可简化磁选分选指标的探索过程。Classification method of factors contributing to flotation based on unit grade curve was introduced to investigate the parameters influencing magnetic separation. Magnetic separation index of 19 ores were standardized to create standard normal cumulative distribution φ(η) curves and the characteristics of normalized φ(η) curves were studied. Feasible method to classify factors contributing to magnetic separation was proposed, while δ1 and δ2, standard deviations of normal distribution for the standardized magnetic field strength and particle size offset S, respectively, were considered as the critical values. Among these factors, particle size is of the first class, while field intensity, slurry density and rinsing water consumption are all of the second class. With this rational classification, exploratory work on factors contributing to magnetic separation can be simplified.
