摘  要:对云南某低铜含钴黄铁矿进行了可选性试验研究。采用铜钴混合浮选、优先浮铜再浮含钴黄铁矿两种流程,结果表明,采用铜钴混合浮选工艺流程,可获得含Cu 0.21%、Co 0.81%、S 52.79%,Co回收率为90.07%的混合精矿,流程简单,成本低;采用优先浮铜、再浮选钴工艺流程获得的铜精矿含Cu 20.15%、Cu回收率49.12%,钴精矿含Co 0.81%、Co回收率91.41%,该流程复杂,但能有效回收铜,略提高钴回收率。The beneficiability of a Co-bearing pyrite with low content of copper was studied with two flowsheets, a Cu-Co bulk flotation and a Cu-preferential flotation prior to the flotation of Co-bearing pyrite. The results show that the simple and economic approach of bulk flotation led to a bulk concentrate containing 0.21% of Cu, 0.81% of Co and 52.79% of S, with a Co recovery of 90.07%, while another process flowsheet resulted in 49.12% Cu recovery to a copper concentrate grading 20.15% Cu and 91.41% Co recovery to a cobalt concentrate grading 0.81% Co, respectively. It can be seen that the selective flotation technique, though comparatively complex, is more effective in copper recovery and can also slightly increase the Co recovery rate.
