基于学科文献半衰期探寻我国新闻传播学科特征

摘　　要：文章对新闻传播学科发表的期刊论文被引情况和引文情况进行统计分析,通过学科文献被引半衰期和引用半衰期指标及其相关影响因素的分析,发现:新闻传播学科期刊文献规范程度不够,适用时间相对较短,缺乏对国内外前沿问题的关注,大量研究还停留在工作方法和操作技巧的介绍上,低水平重复劳动盛行。这些结论与该学科著名教授陈韬文先生的评价基本一致,证明了用文献计量的方法判断该学科特征具有可行性。This paper makes a statistical analysis of research papers＇ citation. Through analyzing the indexes of half- life of literature and the reference factors, it is found that there are many shortcomings in the news dissemination studies, such as the short literature suitable period, the deficiency of literature＇ standard and utilization, the lack of concern to front issues and the problem of excess studying in practice work. These conclusions are consistent with Professor Chen Taowen＇s analysis, and also show that it is feasible to evaluate this discipline with bibliometrics.
