摘　　要：互联网思维对公共图书馆行业产生了深远影响,用户思维、痛点思维、社会化思维等推动下的跨界服务是图书馆发展的必要选择和可行方向。公共图书馆界已经有了不少成功的跨界服务案例,公共图书馆还可以尝试在其他公共文化、表演艺术、网络教育、现代传媒、商业、市民生活等方面有更大的突破。公共图书馆应根据自身特点进一步推进跨界理论研究和实践探索,以确保和时代发展的同步。Internet Thinking is bringing profound influence on the public library industry. It is not only necessary but also feasible for today＇s public libraries to provide crossover services under the action of user thinking, pain point thinking, and socialized thinking. Actually, we have already a variety of such successful cases, and public library can try to make bigger breakthrough in the fields of different kinds of public culture, performing art, internet education, modern media, commerce,everyday life, etc.. We shall continue to promote the crossover services in both theory and practice according to the characteristics of this industry, in order to always adapt to the times.
