摘 要:道路试验测得了某小型汽油车进气管口、车内驾驶员右耳处声压频谱,确定其2.6~3.0kHz频段噪声源为增压器。结合有限元法设计了压气机进气口消声器,并计算了其无流条件下的传递损失,用两负载法实验加以验证,两者结果相吻合;1.8~3.3kHz频率范围内,传递损失平均达25dB以上。最后对比了安装消声器前后进气管口和车内噪声的声压频谱,结果表明:消声器在目标频段具有理想的消声性能,有效降低了因增压器噪声引起的车内异响。The sound pressure spectra of intake noise and interior noise at driver' s right ear of a compact gasoline vehicle are measured in a road test with the source of noise at the frequency range of 2.6 - 3.0kHz located at turbocharger. The muffler at compressor inlet is designed with its transmission loss without flow evaluated by finite element analysis and verified by experiments based on two-load method, with both results agree well with each oth- er. In the frequency range of 1.8 to 3.3kHz, the average transmission loss reaches over 25dB. Finally the sound pressure spectra of intake noise and vehicle interior noise with and without muffler are compared and the results indicate that the muffler designed has ideal noise attenuation performance in objective frequency range and can effectively reduce abnormal vehicle interior noise caused by turbocharger.
