摘  要:为同时满足绿色生态混凝土强度及植生要求,提出绿色生态混凝土的目标空隙率(25%左右)和28d目标强度(5-10 MPa);根据绿色生态混凝土组成材料(碎石、水泥、粉煤灰等)性能试验结果及拟定的目标值,提出了一种新的绿色生态混凝土配比设计的方法,设计了绿色生态混凝土试验配合比,根据所提出的配制技术进行试验研究;利用绿色生态混凝土的强度和空隙率试验结果建立强度与空隙率的数学模型,并对配比进行优化,根据优化的配合比进行了生态混凝土配制试验.试验结果表明:提出的配合比设计方法行之有效,根据该方法配制出来的生态混凝土强度和空隙率能够满足既定要求,植草能够很好地生长,完全满足工程实践要求,能够较好地指导工程实践.To satisfy both green vegetation requirements and structural requirements of ecological concrete,the target void fraction(about 25%)and the target strength(28d,5-10 MPa)of green ecological concrete were put forwarded;the performance of consistent materials(gravel,cement,fly ash,etc.)were studied,and according to the composition of the material test results,based on the volume method of common concrete mixture ratio design,a new concept of green ecological concrete proportioning design was proposed,then the mix proportion and the construction technology were designed;and the eco-concrete was prepared,and according to the results of strength and porosity test,the mix proportion was selected,a whole eco-concrete preparation technology was proposed,and the relationship between the strength and the porosity was established.The experimental results show:the proposed preparation technology is valued,the eco-concrete which prepared can meet both strength requirement and porosity requirement,the plant can grow well,can meet the requirements of practice,so the study results can guide the engineering practice better.
