一种二元共聚物与有机膦酸复配的新型阻垢剂的制备和表征

摘　　要：以水为溶剂,氧化还原体系为引发剂,马来酸酐(MA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)为聚合单体,2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)为复配剂,采用聚合与复配同步进行的方式,制得了复配型阻垢剂MA-AMPS/PBTCA;采用FTIR,TG,XRD,SEM,静态实验法,分析阻垢剂的结构和性能.表征结果显示,该复配型阻垢剂中含有MA、AMPS和PBTCA三种物质的结构官能团,热分解温度高达276℃,阻垢剂能抑制碳酸钙方解石的形成而形成亚稳态的球霰石.静态阻垢实验结果表明,该复配型阻垢剂具有较好的阻CaCO3垢性能:在阻垢剂浓度为20mg/L和30mg/L时,其阻垢率分别为74%和80%.A binary copolymer was synthesized from maleic anhydride（MA）,2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid（AMPS）by water quadripolymerization under the exist of redox initiator.By adding 2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid（PBTCA）as the multiple composition into the copolymer system simultaneously during the copolymerzation,the compound scale inhibitor MA-AMPS/PBTCA was prepared.The structure of the compound scale inhibitor was characterized by FTIR while its thermal stability was analyzed by TG.The effect of the inhibitor on CaCO3 scaling resistance was explored by the combination results of XRD,SEM and FTIR characterization.The effect of the scale inhibitor concentration on inhibiting performance was investigated by static experiments.The results of characterization and analysis showed that,the scale inhibitor contained the functional group of three kinds of the raw materials and its thermal decomposition temperatures was up to 276℃.The calcite was inhibited and the metastable vaterite was stabilized in the presence of the copolymer during the CaCO3 formation process.The experimental results also indicated that the scale inhibitors had a good resistance ability to CaCO3 scale,at the scale inhibitor concentration of 20mg/L and 30mg/L,the dirt resisting efficiency of the scale inhibition was 74% and80%,respectively.
