摘 要:Mg(OH)2因具有无毒、抑烟等特点而成为极具发展潜力的绿色阻燃剂。但因其在聚合物材料中分散性和相容性差等因素,造成其阻燃率低,限制了其应用。为了解决上述问题,Mg(OH)2阻燃剂制备通常包括常温合成、水热处理和表面改性三步,工艺较为复杂。为此本文拟选择硬脂酸作分散剂,对一步法制备亲油性纳米Mg(OH)2进行了研究。研究发现,当硬脂酸用量为Mg(OH)2理论产量的3%,水热改性温度为160℃,水热改性时间为5h时,可制得结晶完整、分散性好、平均粒径88nm的亲油性纳米Mg(OH)2。With the smoke suppressing and non-toxic merits,magnesium hydroxide(MH) has been regarded as a kind of green flame retardant with potential market.However,its applications was limited because of the low flame retardant efficiency,poor compatibility with polymeric materials.In order to solve the above problems,the complicated preparation procedure of MH flame retardant usually consists of synthesis at room temperature,hy-drothermal treatment and surface modification.One-step preparation of hydrophobic magnesium hydroxide nanoparticles used stearic acid as dispersant was investigated in this paper.The method led to the dispersive hy-drophobic Mg(OH)2hexagonal flakes with perfect crystallintiy and mean size 88 nm at 160℃ for 5h in the presence of 3% stearic acid.
