摘  要:目的:比较人工栽培与野生伊犁贝母药材的生药学差异。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱法对栽培与野生伊犁贝母的生药学进行了比较研究;采用浸出物测定法对栽培与野生伊犁贝母中醇浸出物含量进行了定性分析;采用酸性染料比色法对二者总生物碱含量进行了测定。结果:人工栽培与野生伊犁贝母药材在性状及显微特征方面有明显的相似;薄层斑点数目、颜色及Rf值方面也明显相似;人工栽培与野生伊犁贝母药材总生物碱含量基本一致,但人工栽培伊犁贝母药材醇浸出物含量比野生的要高。结论:人工栽培与野生伊犁贝母药材生药学差异不显著,在临床上,为栽培伊犁贝母代替野生伊犁贝母药用提供了依据。Objective:To compare the pharmacognosy between wild growing and cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae.Methods:Macroscopical and microscopic identifications were used to authenticate their characteristics be-tween wild growing and cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae.The chemical constituents of the crude drugs were analyzed by thin lay chromatography and determining the contents of extracts of 70% ethanol in the crude drugs, respectively.The acid dye colorimetry method was performed to determine the contents of the total alkaloids be-tween wild growing and cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae.Results:The characteristics of macroscopi-cal and microscopic identification between wild growing and cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae were markedly similar.And the number , colour and Rf of spots on TLC were markedly similar, too.The contents of the total alkaloids between wild growing and cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae were the same, and the extracts of 70%ethanol in cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae were more than those in wild growing of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae.Conclusion:The difference of pharmacognosy in the crude drugs between wild growing and culti-vated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae is insignificant, which provides basis for the use of cultivated planting of Bulbus Fritillaria pallidiflorae in clinic.
