摘 要:目的:观察艾灸不同介入时机对寒凝证类痛经大鼠左右三阴交、左右三阴交-血海连线温度的影响及其与镇痛效应的相关性。方法:通过阴道涂片筛选出动情间期3月龄SD雌性大鼠,随机分为盐水组、模型组、灸三阴交1次组(第10d施灸)、灸三阴交3次组(第6d、8d及10d施灸),每组20只。除盐水组外,模型组、灸三阴交1次组、灸三阴交3次组采用全身冷冻法结合苯甲酸雌二醇注射法造模。运用红外热成像仪检测左右三阴交穴区、三阴交-血海连线区各时间点温度。运用BL-420 E+生物机能实验系统检测在体大鼠子宫收缩强度。结果:与盐水组相比,模型组子宫收缩强度明显增强(P<0.01);与模型组比较,两艾灸组均显著减少了子宫收缩波个数(P<0.01)并降低了子宫活动度(P<0.01),两艾灸组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。盐水组在各个时间点,大鼠左右三阴交穴区及三阴交-血海连线区温度平衡(P>0.05);模型组大鼠左右三阴交穴区在5~60各个时间点温度失衡(5、40、50、60P<0.05,10、20、30P<0.01)左右三阴交-血海连线区即刻-30各个时间点温度失衡(5、30 P<0.05,即刻、10、20 P<0.01);两艾灸组在各个时间点,大鼠左右三阴交穴区、三阴交-血海连线区温度平衡(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸三阴交可明显缓解寒凝证类痛经大鼠子宫痉挛性收缩,并改善三阴交穴区及三阴交-血海连线区左右温度的失衡状态。艾灸不同介入时机对于缓解痛经的疼痛状态无差异。Objective:To observe the effect ofdifferent intervention time ofmoxibustion on bilateral Sanyinjiao ( SP6 ) and Line Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Xuehai(SP10)of dysmenorrhea rats with the cold stagnation syndrome and its correlation with analgesic effect.Methods:Through the vaginal smear method,screen out thediestrus 3 monthsfemale SD rats.Rats during diestrus were randomized into a saline control group,a model control group and a moxibustionSanyinjiao 1 time group (moxibustion on the 10th day),a moxibustionSanyinjiao 3 times group ( moxibustion on the Sixth, the eighth andthe 10th day) , each group with 20 rats.Except the saline control group, other groups were modeled with the whole body freezing method combined withthe method ofestradiol benzoate injection.Use infrared thermal imager to detect the tem-perature around Sanyinjiao ( SP6 ) and Line Sanyinjiao ( SP6 ) -Xuehai ( SP10 ) area at each point of time.Use BL-420E plus biological and functional experimental system to detect the intensity of uterine contraction.Results:Compared with the saline group,the model group significantly increased the intensity of uterine contractions (P〈0.05);temperature of ratson left and right sides of the Sanyinjiao(Sp6) and Line Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Xuehai(SP10) area in saline control group was balanced at each point of time(P〉0.05).While temperature of rats on left and right sides of Sanyinjiao in the model control group was imbalanced at 5-60 points(5,40,50,60 P〈0.05).Conclusion:MoxibustionSa-nyinjiao can significantly relieve the contraction of dysmenorrhea rats′uterus with cold stagnation syndrome and improve the imbalance oftemperature on left and right sides of Sanyinjiao(SP6) and Line Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Xuehai(SP10)area. Different intervention time ofmoxibustionmakes no difference forrelieving the pain of dysmenorrhea.
