胰泰复方治疗脾虚型慢性胰腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胰泰复方治疗脾虚型慢性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例本病患者,随机分到治疗组和对照组,治疗组用胰泰复方治疗,对照组行马来酸曲美布汀胶囊及多酶片治疗,观察两组治疗后的症状改善情况及治疗前后的血尿淀粉酶。结果:治疗后治疗组在改善腹胀、腹痛、腹泻方面优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后血、尿淀粉酶比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:胰泰复方治疗脾虚型慢性胰腺炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To study the clinical observation of Yi Tai prescription for treating chronic pancreatitis with Pi defi-ciency type.Methods：90 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group took Yi Tai prescription,and the control group took trimebutine maleate capsules and polyzyme tablets,and then compare the relevant data before and after treatment.Results：As to improving abdominal distension, stomachache and diarrhea, decreasing blood and urine amylase the treatment group was better than the control group.There was a significant differ-ence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yi Tai prescription in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis with Pi deficiency type has cur-ative effects.
