摘  要:采用逆向工程方法,利用UG-NX软件强大的建模功能,建立某涡喷发动机压气机三维模型,基于ANSYS软件计算了压气机强度和固有特性。然后,使用UG-NX软件设计压气机的加工轨迹和生成NC代码文件加工制造出该压气机,压气机表面光滑,尺寸精度较高。提出的基于UG软件的逆向工程数据点阵的测量方法和流道加工工艺,解决涡喷发动机压气机造型和加工困难的难题,也可为其它复杂三维型面的零件设计和制造提供借鉴。The 3D model of a turbojet engine compressor was established with the employment of UG- NX software's powerful molding function and the method of reverse engineering,and the inherent characteristics and strength parameters of compressor were calculated based on ANSYS software. Then using UG- NX software,the machining path of compressor was designed and the files of NC code are generated. Finally,the type of compressor was manufactured with smooth surface and high dimensional precision. With the measuring method of matrix data of reverse engineering and the processing technology of runner proposed in this paper,the modeling and machining difficulties of turbojet engine compressor was solved. This research also provides reference for the design and manufacture of the complex 3D surface of other parts.
