摘　　要：提出了一种基于LPC2132和红外温度传感器的回转炉实时温度及图像采集系统。测温模块运用非接触式的红外温度传感器与云台相结合的方法来采集温度。系统通过433 MHz无线链路从固定式测温模块、云台-红外测温模块和图像采集模块接收数据,然后通过GPRS发送给上位机,最终显示在监控软件终端上。该系统已在某钢铁厂运行数月,取得了良好效果。A revolver real-time temperature and image acquisition system based on LPC2132 and infrared temperature sensors is proposed in this paper. A method that combined the non-contact infrared temperature sensor with pan-and-tilt is used by the temperature measure module. The system receives data from the fixed temperature measure module,pan-and-tilt infrared temperature measure module and image acquisition module through 433 MHz wireless. Finally the data is sent to PC through GPRS, and then showed in the monitoring software terminal. The system has been running in a steel plant for several months, and achieved a stable effect.
