摘 要:移动支付模式发展迅速,消费者接受移动支付的能力直接影响移动支付的发展。在总结前人研究成果的基础上,融合技术接受模型和理性行为理论,分析出消费者使用移动支付的影响因素,通过问卷调查,建立结构方程模型并进行了严格的检验。研究结果表明,技术便利、安全认知、使用环境、感知有用性、感知易用性、信任、创新性和使用氛围对消费者接受移动支付具有显著的积极影响。最后,根据其结果,提出了促进移动支付发展的相应建议。Mobile payment is a quickly emerging application of mobile commerce and its growth is directly impacted by mobile payment services acceptance on the part of consumers. The aim of the paper is to analyze factors influencing mobile payment services acceptance on the basis of past findings. Under the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), the research is done by means of questionnaire and tested through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). It reveals the following factors that have positive influences on mobile payment services acceptance: technology conveniences, security sense, social influences, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, innovation, as well as users' settings. Based on the results of the research, suggestions are proposed on the promotion of mobile payment services.
