摘  要:基于显式时间积分和三维粘弹性有限元法,考虑点火内压随时间的非均匀分布特性,分析了点火瞬态过程某固体发动机药柱的应变响应。通过对比不同工况不同分析类型下药柱的结构响应,探讨了动力学效应、点火压强峰值以及增压速率对药柱应变响应的影响。结果表明,点火瞬态过程药柱的瞬态应变响应明显高于准静态计算结果,点火压强峰值和增压速率共同决定药柱的瞬态应变。所得结论可为固体发动机分析和设计提供参考。Base on the distribution of the transient non-uniform pressure during the ignition process of the solid rocket motor, the strain of grain of solid motor was analyzed by three-dimensional viscoelastic finite element method and explicit integral. By comparing the structure response of grain in different conditions, the influence of dynamic affect, ignition pressure peak and the rate of pressurization on the response of grain strain are discussed. The results show that the transient strain response of grain of ignition transient is higher than static condition, the transient strain is determined by the ignition pressure peak and the rate of pressurization together. All the conclusion can be used as a reference for solid motor analysis and design.
