摘  要:通过研究分析得到锤纹漆优化配方,并探讨了配方中不同组分及其压力、填充率、粘度等对气雾型锤纹漆锤纹效果的影响,配方中锤纹助剂添加量为0.3%-0.5%时,气雾型锤纹漆锤纹效果最优化,通过调整体系料气比、填充率、粘度可以得到不同效果的气雾型锤纹漆,为拓展气雾漆产品使用领域,满足市场需求提供依据。Hammer paint optimization formula was obtained by research and analysis,and the different components in formula and its pressure,filling rate,viscosity,etc.,on aerosol hammer paint were discussed. When hammer aid's dosage was 0. 3% to 0. 5%,the aerosol type hammer paint hammer effect was optimized. By adjusting the system of feed-gas ratio,fill rate,the viscosity could get different effects of aerosol- type hammer paint,which could provide the basis to expand the using field of the aerosol paint products and meet the market demand.
