摘 要:采用"气浮池+CASS池+多介质过滤"工艺在处理大型天然气制合成氨企业的生产废水时,在进水0.5 h,曝气6 h,沉淀1 h,排水2 h,闲置0.5 h时,废水中氨氮去除率可达99%,COD去除率可达80%以上,出水指标达到《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13458-2001)(大型厂)标准。该工艺运行一年多来,废水处理效果稳定。Aeration flotation tank- cyclic activated sludge system( CASS)- multiple agent filtration process was suit for large- sized natural gas based ammonia synthesis process. Under the operation conditions of CASS,water inlet time 0. 5 h,aeration flotation time 6 h,settling time 1 h,water outlet time 2 h,and vacancy time 0. 5 h,the ammonia-nitrogen removal rates was up to 95% and COD removal rates was up to 80%. The treated wastewater could meet the standard of Discharge standard of water pollutants for ammonia industry( GB / T 13458- 2001) standard. The process was running more than a year. The wastewater treatment effect was stable.
