摘  要:制氢装置转化中变催化剂在开工时需使用还原剂对其还原,催化剂经还原后才能充分保证其催化活性。作为制氢装置转化中变催化剂的还原介质较多,例如氢气、液氨、天然气等。某公司4×104Nm3/h制氢装置在开工过程中分别采用氢气和液氨作为还原介质,经实践证明两种介质作为还原剂均可使催化剂得到有效还原,还原后的催化剂活性较高。开工后转化出口甲烷含量及中变气中一氧化碳含量均在控制指标范围之内。The reforming and shifting catalyst need to be reduced by reducing agent in start- up. The catalyst after being reduced can fully guarantee their catalytic activity. Reducing media of reforming and shifting catalyst in hydrogen production have many types,such as hydrogen,liquid ammonia and natural gas. Hydrogen and liquid ammonia were used as reducing media respectively in start- up process. The activity of reduced catalyst was better after start- up,which proved hydrogen and liquid ammonia can both make catalyst to obtain effective reduction. After start- up,the contents of methane in conversion gas and carbon monoxide in shift gas were within control index.
