摘　　要：在外报的刺激下,一部分先进的知识分子对报刊功能有了初步的认知,意识到传媒话语权的重要性,兴起了一股自办报刊的热潮。他们在传播西方文明的过程中,鼓吹"广听远闻"、"开通民智",构建了以"自强求富"为核心的洋务舆论观,为洋务运动的产生摇旗呐喊,并极大地推动着其发展的进程。In the stimulation of the foreign newspaper,apart of the advanced intellectuals have a preliminary cognition of the function of the newspaper and aware of the importance of the rights to speak of the media and rise an upsurge of self-running newspaper.In the process of spreading the Western civilization,they advocated＂extensive listening to faraway news＂and＂open people＇s wisdom＂and constructed the public opinion of the Westernization as the core concept of＂self-reliance for the rich＂,cheer for producing for the westernization movement and greatly promote the process of its development.
